Cross Country Reflection

 Cross Country Reflection 

 WALT: improve our fitness levels 

 This term we are training for cross country and recording how many laps we can do in 15 minutes. I can do 5 laps in 15 minutes. My goal is to do 8 laps by the end of the term. I will achieve this by running lots at home and running up the hill to make me fit.

Holiday recount

 In the holiday I got home and I went to go on the tramp. First my cousin Zyron went on the tramp and we 

played games. Next Zyron taught me how to do a flip. Finally we had dinner.
